So I did a blood test to check my testosterone and other things and these results got my attention :
TSH : 2,44 µUI/ml (normal range : 0,35 - 4,94)
FT3 : 5,7 pmol/l (normal range : 2,9 - 4,9)
FT4 : 12,9 pmol/l (normal range : 9,0 - 19)
Also I'm always super hot everytime, and my heartbeat is high and powerful. I also eat like a madman but still lean. And I developped gynecomastia this May out of nowhere at 20 years old. Taking tamoxifen for it.

Those are very strange results. Do you have any sort of thyroid diagnosis - hypo, hyper? Are you taking anything for your thyroid? Are you absolutely sure you got the range right for the FT3?
Tamoxifen is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), and known to affect thyroid hormone levels, modulating plasma TBG, and interfering with T4 hormone synthesis or secretion by the thyroid. If this is the case with you, the drop in FT4 level may have re-prioritised T4 to T3 conversion over T4 to RT3 conversion, and raised your FT3 level - just a guess though.
The high FT3 reading could be the cause of your gynecomastia, as well as the strong heart rate and being super hot. However your FT4 is too low, and TSH is not low enough to suggest hypERthyroidsm.
I would suggest getting thyroid antibodies tested (TPOab and TGab) to see if there is an autoimmune issue going on.
What does your doctor say about these thyroid numbers?
