Back again with latest bloods feeling lost fedup etc etc

TSH 0.31 0.35 - 5.50 miu/L

free T4 18.1 10.00 - 20.00

free T3 3,8 3.50 - 6.50 pmol/L

test done at surgery none fasting 5pm phoned for results & told by reception that all was ok and to be retested in a years time for thyroid and diabetes.

symptoms are Thirst at night, weeing a lot, weight loss,tired,lethargic,hot tingly feet,these seem to relate to Pre diabetes for the last 3 months we have been very careful with diet although we have always eaten wisely and have never been overweight,I am now 7s 11lbs from 8s 9lbs

Re thyroid Symptoms

Aches & pains Inside I feel that I want to do more and push myself a lot ,that is why my levo was reduced from 100/ 75 alt days to 75 a day. Dr said that I ( april blood results showed ) (20.4 pmol/L (10.00 - 20.00 ) over overreplacement of thiroxine but I still feel the same .heavy tension to back & left side of head on waking from sleep .I am really feeling very unwell.

your thoughts please.
