Hi there, I've just received these results from the surgery. I requested the test as I've been having problems losing weight & I wake up every morning with pins & needles in both arms.
I have been taking 175 Levothyroxine for approx 6 months (taking 150/200 alternate days as I didn't get on with Teva). Test was at 10am, not having taken morning dose.
TSH 0.03 (0.30-3.94)
Free T4 20.4 (12.30-20.20)
Free T3 4.7 (3.7-6.70)
I have Hashimotos & have cut down on gluten & refined sugars. No other medication. I certainly don't feel hyperthyroid!
Because I will be away, I can't see the GP until 26/7, & I'd like to go in with my own action plan.
Any advice?

Last year I was prescribed a vitamin D supplement. I completed the course. Recently started taking an otc Vitamin D spray. No other problems with vits/minerals - that said, not been tested for a while. The blood test I had was a full blood count & no other issues have been highlighted.
