Blood Test Results Worrying

I have just had the results of blood tests. I take 1 grain Thiroyd 6am, 1.5 grains 12pm and 1 grain 5pm.

FT4 13.7 (12022)

FT3 5.1 (3.1-6.8)

TSH 0.01 (0.27-4.2)

Red blood cell count 5.39 (3.8-4.8) increasing from 4.83 a year ago

Serum Alkaline Phosphatase Level 130 (35-104) increasing from 117 a year ago

Serum creatinine Level 81 (44-80) increasing from 67 a year ago

Ferritin 50 (13-150) was 70 In Sept 2018.

Serum Creatine Kinase 23 (26-192) in Sept 2018

I had lots of other results which were within normal range.

Doctor doesn't want to see me and no further action is on the blood test results. My main symptoms are lack of muscle, back ache when walking, stiffness, weakness, arthritis, weight gain.

I had a hair mineral test a year ago and it came back for tin upper limit of high over .40 I think, the range didn't go high enough.

Any thoughts would be appreciated, I am concerned about these levels and lowering ferritin?

Have you also had vitamin D, folate and B12 tested recently?

Low iron is common problem

Eating liver or liver pate once a week, plus other iron rich foods like black pudding, prawns, spinach, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate, plus daily vitamin C can help improve iron absorption
