I've not heard the full thing yet, but she talks us through her journey with Hashimotos. It is a bit of a plug for her latest book.

I think this is a pretty good guide to Hashimotos, explaining the difficulties with getting diagnosed, need for T3 treatment, and the causes of autoimmune diseases.

The most interesting point she mentions is that they've discovered 16 different types of antibodies associated with Hashimotos, and it's possible your TPO and TtG antibodies can be negative, while you can still have elevated levels of the other 14.

Personal gripe though, I wish she'd make up her mind on how many benefit from being gluten free. Here she states 88%, but her last book said 74%.

They discuss her new book (which is about using food to further improve symptoms), I'm contemplating buying it.

Why is it that there's so many researchers and studies that our UK Endos still remain uneducated and unknowledgeable and, worst of all, patients now restricted to levo alone. There are options and lies shouldn't come into their decisions about withdrawing NDTS or T3.
