49 Yr old female, diagnosed hypo. The weight is coming back on, amd my hair is thinning yet again. Wondering if overmedication is the reason.
Feeling OK, but not nearly as good as when i added compounded T3 to my routine., and definitely not optimal.
In 7 months, I have finally nailed down what WAS a good combination. I am currently taking 1 Grain Naturethroid and 45 mcg compounded T3 first thong in AM, then another 30 compounded T3 around 1pm.
Blood tests from May 2018 vs 1/2019 are below:

I have. Similar problem after doing well on NDT Nature Throid - 3 grains a day split 3 times - I also take Bio Identical Hormones ( have stopped DHEA due to hair thinning on crown ) now take Pregnenalone )
I feel not too bad - but not as good as previous- staring into space a bit when driving 🤔
& petering out about 4 ish .
Fluid retention has returned round ankles again
I don’t know aBout compounds T3 !!! OMG yet more to self discover !! 😩
I forgot to add DHEA to my supplements! Taking 25 mg, (which may be a lot), since first found my Dr. I was really low a year ago.
My DHEA is rising, but I switched brands, because delivery was supposed to be better. I'm certain the thinning hair has to do with the microlingual delivery, because it's only on the crown! And, its a new development.
I'm going to see about tapering back, and reply back.
