Which Vitamin b complex?

I am looking for a good vitamin b complex supplement. I struggle swallowing tablets though. I saw one on here called Igennus super b which is supposed to be small but looking online it says they measure 10mm diameter which seems quite big to me. I know I wouldn’t be able to swallow them if that’s the size. I use a vitamin d spray but it’s hard getting any liquid vitamins and they are expensive. I bought vitamin b drops last time, it was a tiny bottle and the dose was 10 drops so it was gone in no time! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I use yeast flakes which are very cheap. I mix a tablespoon into my Kefir but any liquid would do. It has the full range of B vitamins

Thank you, where do you buy them from? x

The brand is Marigold vegan Engevita. I buy it from Holland and Barrett but supermarkets stock it too. Costs about £3.50 for a large tub. It has a slight cheese taste and can be used in cooking eg cheese sauce.

Don't imagine there can be a cheaper way of supplementing B vitamins unless someone knows different !

Looking at the respective labels, isn't there a lot less of the constituent ingredients in even the whole 125 mg tub of flakes, than is provided by say, one Thorne B complex tablet/capsule though?

You are correct in saying there is less. However for someone like myself who is not deficient it has the recommended daily dose and I don't feel I am taking yet another pill !

I think only the one that says "Added B12" has any B12 in it.

Thanks. My B12 is good, so should be fine.

I have been taking Igennus Super B Complex tabs with no problem. I can't manage paracetamol in round tablet form but these are more easy to swallow, if that's any help

Because it said they were 10mm which is a centimetre diameter I assumed they were round. However I struggle with any large tablets. My levo is only about 3 mm diameter and I take 3 to make up 75 mcg at the moment.

They're round but flatfish if you know what I mean so they go down quite easily 😄

That was supposed to be flatish, stupid prescriptive text 😄

Isn’t the B5 a high dose in these tablets? The recommended is 5-10mg and there’s 50 in them. It’s all so confusing. I never know what to do!
