What B vitamin complex can you recommend? With methylated folate/B12. Have been taking the Nutri-Ark one from Amazon (pictured) but the taste/smell is not great to be honest so would be interested in alternatives. How about the Jarrow B right, has anyone tried that?

Some people use Jarrows B Right but we have seen some members say they've had an adverse reaction to it.
Most recommended here are
Thorne Basic B - 400mcg methylfolate, 400mcg methylcobalamin, 10mg B6 (recommended amount for long term use) per recommended dose of 1 x capsule
Igennus Super B - 400mcg methylfolate, 900mcg methylcobalamin, 20mg B6 per recommended dose of 2 x tablets
I've always used Thorne Basic B and always done very well on it. Others like Igennus.
That's great thanks. How is the taste of the Thorne, bearable?

As it's a capsule there isn't really a "taste" like their could be with a tablet. I suppose if you held it in your mouth long enough you may taste something, but I can get capsules down quickly and easily so I don't notice anything.
It's not the smallest of capsules but it's a bit smaller than my magnesium one. I've just measured it and it's 2cm and a good swig of a cold drink sees it off easily.
I prefer Igennus as it’s small tablets, no smell or taste
Orovite tablets. If you need vitamins this works wonders. Only vitamins I've ever taken that actually work.
Orovite doesn't appear to be a complete B Complex.
Thorne Basic B
B1 Thiamin
B2 Riboflavin
B3 Niacin
B5 Pantothenic acid
B6 Pyrixodine
B7 Biotin
B9 Folate (or folic acid)
B12 methylcobalamin (or cyanocobalamin)
Orovite
B1
B2
B3
B6
Vit C
For anyone who needs to improve B12 and folate levels Orovite will be totally useless.
