Knew things were not right and have just got some blood results ... no doubt my GP will tell me I’m ‘normal’... but can someone advise me as to whether I should increase levothyroxine or increase my t3. I self medicate and buy Tyromel from Turkey which have been working well for me but must be two years since my previous blood test. I’m taking 75mcg of T4 and 12.50mcg of T3 seems I need to increase but which one.

I think you'd benefit from a blood test. It should be at the very earliest, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours from levo and test and take afterwards.
You are definitely not on a sufficient dose of thyroid hormones as your TSH 4.25 when it should be 1 or lower. I think I'd increase levo as your FT4 result is at the bottom instead of top of range.
When we take a combination of T4/T3 it should be a 3:1 or 4:1 combination.

Thanks so much Shaws those results are very recent maybe one month ago. So you think an increase of T4 most grateful for your reply...not feeling good at all headaches low energy... insomnia but then I’ve had that for years. Would you think maybe I increase from 75 to 100mcg of Levo and will this take weeks to kick in 😢
Without the FT3 result, it's difficult to say. Your FT4 is low, but then one would expect it to be when taking T3. But, as your TSH is too high, I think you might need to increase your T3 by 6.25, and make sure you get the FT3 tested next time.

It may and it may not. Depends on the person.
I would definitely experiment with an increase the T3, as you're currently on a 6:1 ratio. Worst case is, after a day or two or three, you don't feel any better, or you get some hyper symptoms in the first day or two. If you doubled the T3, that would be a bit beyond the high range for a single incremental change. You'd know pretty quickly if it was too much -- racing heart, edgy insomnia -- and you could drop back by a half. Doubling the T3 would put you at 3:1, which is still within the proportions studied by clinical researchers and found to not have adverse effects.
I've done these science experiments and they're enlightening, as they give interesting insights into the body's cycles of deiodination.
