Could be the low ferritin. Or it could be the low T3 causing your hair-loss. But, either way, they both need increasing.
thank you, what should the T3 levels be?
Vitamin D is too low as well.
Are you supplementing at all?
Aiming to improve vitamin D to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better
Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is good as avoids poor gut function.
It's trial and error what dose each person needs.
Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Perhaps you could try a higher dose of thyroxine, there’s room in the range, it’s the quickest and easiest route and you might know if it was helping pretty soon. Introducing T3 to the mix could be quite complicated so I wouldn’t suggest that until you definitely need to.

Ferritin needs to come up to half way through range, I've mentioned bin previous thread about eating liver.
Vit D needs to be 100-150nmol/L (40-60ng/ml) as mentioned in previous thread.
Conversion isn't brilliant. Optimising vitamins, particularly ferritin, may help. Supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine may help. Good zinc level also needed for conversion, maybe test that.
If you were ill previously on T3 maybe try a different brand, or try NDT.
Thank you I will follow further supplementation. Do you think upping my thyroxine may help with the conversion?
I’m not medically qualified so shouldn’t advise you on dose. But we usually increase either by 25mcg every day or 25mcg every other day. Good luck
