Advice for high antibodies please

I've suspected I'm sub-clinical hypothyroid for years, though it's never reached the point at which a GP would intervene. I can't claim to 'feel awful' like most people on here seem to and actually lead a very busy life. Currently my biggest problems are excessive facial sweating as soon as the temperature gets vaguely warm or humid (though I sweat very little anywhere else) and hair loss.

On a recent GP visit when discussing my high cholesterol and low white blood cells he did actually give consideration to prescribing levothyroxine but decided not to risk it!

Since then I have had a private blood test, results below. Basically everything except the antibodies is 'within range'. (I have supplemented vitamins/minerals for years so was expecting adequate levels - I suspect it's probably what keeps my head above water)

The question I'm asking is what advice you all have to address the raised antibodies? I have no appetite for a confrontation with the GP, because I have self-medicated all my life, so that would be my preferred route.

With many thanks in advance for the responses!

I'm not an expert by any means, but I would say your vit d was too low, and that might be what is causing the sweating.

There's not much you can do about the antibodies. They mean you have Hashi's, and there's no treatment for Hashi's. Reducing the antibodies - if, indeed, such were possible - wouldn't reduce the Hashi's. It doesn't go away. And, if you don't feel bad, then you're good as you are, for the time being. But, do keep an eye on your levels. Your TSH is almost at the top of the range, and your FT4 is low. Your FT3 isn't too bad at the moment, but that's probably because your high TSH is driving conversion to keep levels up. You could go hypo any time, soon. Or you could stay like that for some time to come. So, be vigilant. :)

Thanks greygoose, that's reassuring. I'll keep up with the Vitamin D instead of letting it drop this summer! :)
