Vitamins for hashimotos thyroiditis

Hi I'm having a real problem finding vitamins which don't contain magnesium stearate, soy, sunflower oil, iodine.....

Ive got b complex from Higher Nature as none of the above were listed when looking on line but when I received the bottle the label read that it contains soy. I thought all ingredients had to be listed when making a purchase.

Can anyone suggest a supplier?

Thank you.

Thorne Basic B doesn't contain any of the excipients you've listed. I take it and the ingredients on the bottle are exactly as shown here

What other supplements are you looking for?

I use various ones and avoid unnecessary ingredients where possible.

Thank you so much. That's a great help.

I'm looking for vit d, zinc, selenium, vit a..... The list goes on. Whatever anyone with underactive thyroid should have.

There isn't any supplement that someone with an underactive thyroid should take. You should generally supplement only when you have first tested, and identified any shortfalls. It's not really adviseable to take anything "just in case".

Vit D - Doctors Best D3 softgels - contains only D3 and extra virgin olive oil, I use this one

K2-MK7 liquid - amazon.co.uk/Vitamin-K2-Liq... all natural oils

Health Leads - healthleadsuk.com/supplemen... UK company that doesn't use additives

Magnesium oil - healthleadsuk.com/supplemen...

Magnesium citrate powder - just the one ingredient only (I use this one) ebay.co.uk/itm/Natural-Vita...

Zinc I don't use as a stand alone supplement.

Vit A you have to be careful as it's fat soluble and you can reach toxic levels.
