Anyone recommend Vitamin D3 supplement ?

I have tried many variations-NHS-deadful side effects-an online one which wasn't too bad and recently another online purchase which caused constipation, plus had the dreaded microcrystaline cellulose additive-wood pulp.

Please let me know if you know of a more natural product with zero fillers-if there is such a thing. Being hypothyroid I need this vitamin as we all do and am worried about the implications for having none in my system-eg skeletal/mental/immune system.

Doctor's Best D3 softgels bodykind.com/productdetails... (other sources may be cheaper)

Only 2 ingredients plus the softgel capsule:

D3 from lanolin (from sheep`s wool) then there's extra virgin olive oil to aid absorption.

The softgel capsule is made from gelatine, glycerin and purified water.

Health Leads vegetarian capsule: healthleadsuk.com/vitamin-d...

D3 from lanolin (sheep's wool again), organic rice flour. Plant source capsule shell (you'd need to ask what that is).

No additives, vegetable cellulose capsule.

BetterYou spray: betteryou.com/dlux3000

I use Country Life D3. Other ingredients are medium chain triglycerides, gelatin, glycerin, purified water. Capsule is 100% bovine gelatin, BSE-free. Certified gluten-free.

I like BetterYou D3+K2 oral spray. It’s got more ingredients than other options but because it includes K2 it means there’s one less cofactor to consider and one less tablet to add to the routine. Works very nicely for me and is readily available online and in Holland & Barrett meaning it’s quite easy to pick up.

You have had some good suggestions there. I would add it is best to take vit D with vit K2 for optimum benefits. I use Vitamin K2 MK-7 Natural Natto from Troo health care.
