Having tolerated the useless Naturethroid (recently upped from 3 1:4 to 4 grains not sure how much T.R. Man to take. It’s got .9 mcg T3 less per grain so I’m thinking maybe 3.5???

Swapping from Naturethroid to T.R. Man from Thailand what dose?
From the website, the ingredients in T R Mann are the same as other NDTs:
"Each tablet contains: 38 mcg of Levothyroxine (T4) and 9 mcg of Liothyronine (T3)"
I thought it was 8.1 T3? The other issue is I only upped to 4 grains of naturethroid because it’s so weak at the moment. My temptation is to go for 3.5 and see how it goes?
If it were me, I'd swap to what dose had been satisfactory, before things started to go downhill causing you to increase to 4 mcg. The quote I gave is a straight copy and paste, but even if it were 0.9 mcg less per grain, that would only be 3.6 mcg less in the 4 grains, out of a total of 152 mcg T4 and 36 mcg T3, so probably not material.
I’ve gone with 3 and the larger half (split) and I feel ok. Warm hands temp of 36.8 but feel you’re probably right and I’ll take the other half in an hour as my eyesight is a bit blurry and I feel a bit trembly
