Did the symptoms coincide with starting a new batch?

SeasideSusie, Yes they did actually, I am now reading that could be the issue. But what do I try now?

Looks like it might be worth trying a different brand. I only know of the Thai non-prescription brands Thyroid-S, Thiroyd and TR but as I don't use NDT I don't know of any suppliers.

Have you recently started a new batch of Nature Throid? A number of us are finding it not as strong as it used to be. Chances are you’re undermedicated.

i think i still have older pills..they say the new ones have black specs and some people said they neededa increasein dosage and others said they are fine...

I have just order some nature-throid I hope that they arrive and suit me. I had a similar thing when starting a new batch of thyroid s back in August and landed up in A & E I had a complete blackout and fell straight back onto my head. It still hurts now 3 months later.

I reordered a new batch which I am taking now and I think that I need to increase as they

are not the same as before.

I thought that ordering Nature-throid would solve my problem so I am disappointed and that's before they even arrive.

It's horrible for you I know.

Kwaller, would you mind telling me what you switched to. I have been happy on NT up until now, but I know it is making me sick now.

I just started wpthyroid yesterday. It is made by the same company. It was out of production but now available in only 65mg tabs.I went to NP thyroid and now my stomach is in real bad shape so it is going to be a long process to get well.whatch for the ingredient maltrodextrin it screws up your gut flora and allergic reactions. NP thyroid has it I got to where I couldn't eat without severe pain and reflux.
