Good evening everyone, I have noticed over the last two weeks or so that I have been getting tingling in my lower arms, hands, lower legs and feet when overheating, which is incidentally is several times a day. today my hands turned blue. Thinking I may be overmedicated.
Diagnosed with Hashimotos and on 100 levothyroxine since early September and have felt well until the last couple of weeks. TSH is 0.05 (range 1 - 4). T4 22 (think top of the range is 25). Haven't had T3 tested. Any advice before I see the doctor tomorrow would be appreciated.
Thank you

Have tried for T3 but Doctor said he is not able to order the test. Yes strictly GF, and on the AIP diet. I take B12 supplements and D3 K2 Magnesium, selenium, probiotics, zinc, l glutamin and several others. B12 last tested was 512 (range up to 800 I think) and D went down to 63 in September (no sunshine). I think the Doctor should retest the B12, maybe my supplements are not enough. Thanks
Don’t assume you’re overmedicated - those are not signs of over medication but your doctor will doubtless be only too happy to reduce your dose if you suggest that’s the issue.
Much more likely you’ve developed some vitamin and mineral deficiencies (hypothyroidism messes with gut absorption) and you may have low B12, low folate, low iron etc.
