TSH 0.45 mcUI/mL 0.38-5.33

FT4 1.06 ng/dL 0.54-1.24

FT3 3.03 pg/mL 2.00-6.80

I can see I need to reduce my Levo I take 50mg 3days and 75mg 4days what should do.

Also I would like to start T3 Grossman what dosage should I start on.I would appreciate all help.Thank you

If I were you, I would reduce to 50 mcg a day, and add in 1/4 tablet of T3. :)

It should be in the place where it makes you feel well. It's an individual thing. But you should aim for about top third of the range and see how it goes.
