If you have been diagnosed hypothyroid it's impossible to become hyperthyroid. It is possible to be overmedicated though.
You haven't said what thyroid meds you take.
You haven't said how you feel.
Assuming that you have a diagnosis of hypothyroidism, your results look as though you take T3. If this is the case then your FT3 is over range so that indicates you are taking too much T3.
If your doctor hasn't discussed your out of range results with you, you can check them here to understand what they mean:
It’s not impossible to become hyperthyroid having been diagnosed as hypo. It’s happened to me. I agree that I don’t think that’s what’s happened here but I have read lots on this forum that it’s “impossible” but that isn’t true, it’s just rare I understand.
Yes, it can be the case where Graves and Hashi's are present, as I understand that you have both and I understand that is rare.
As for the OP, if s/he is also in this situation I'm sure they will mention it.
But for someone who has no antibodies and is diagnosed as hypothyroid because their thyroid has failed for whatever reason, then the thyroid can't suddenly become overactive.
Interestingly I was originally diagnosed as hypothyroid with unknown cause as have had numerous hashis ab tests all of which have been negative. After 7 months of levo when hyper symptoms started and eventually diagnosed with Graves with positive TSI ab test. Endo thinks I either have hashis and Graves Or hashis has “converted” to Graves. Thought the latter sounded like rubbish but found a number of reports in medical journals reporting this type of conversion.
