High have been recently diagnosed with under active thyroid and am doing six weekly blood tests, and level is going down last result was

Serum TSH level 3.8 miu/L [0.2 - 5.5] taking 75 Levothyroxine

but feeling rubbish at the moment tender neck rough dry throat and shortness of breath. may not be connected! but over the last few years have had high calcium levels, had bloods done last week went to the doctor today and he said bloods were fine. but when I looked at my bloods on line says have high calcium and Serum alkaline phosphatase level any blood experts?

equation.

Serum C reactive protein level 1 mg/L [< 5.0]

Serum total protein level 74 g/L [60.0 - 80.0]

Serum albumin level 41 g/L [35.0 - 50.0]

Serum alkaline phosphatase level 138 u/L [30.0 - 130.0]

Above high reference limit

Serum alanine aminotransferase level 30 u/L [< 35.0]

Serum total bilirubin level 9 umol/L [< 21.0]

Bone profile

Serum calcium level 2.64 mmol/L [2.2 - 2.63]

Above high reference limit

Serum adjusted calcium concentration 2.63 mmol/L [2.2 - 2.63]

Serum cholesterol level 4.8 mmol/L

Serum HDL cholesterol level 2.1 mmol/L

Serum cholesterol/HDL ratio 2.3

Serum non high density lipoprotein cholesterol level 2.7 mmol/L

Urea and electrolytes

Serum sodium level 143 mmol/L [133.0 - 146.0]

Serum potassium level 4.2 mmol/L [3.5 - 5.3]

Serum creatinine level 69 umol/L [45.0 - 84.0]

You need to ask fora referral to a parathyroid expert and get PTH tested. I haven't got Web links to hand but read hyperpara.com website I think it's called for correct information about high calcium. If someone has the link please help.
