TSH 3.07 [0.38-5.33]

T4 12.01 [7.0-16.0]

Serum free triiodothyronine level 5.4 [3.8-6.0]

Vit D3 90.5 [12-150]

B12 289 [150.900]

Serum Folate level (42U5.) Above range (3.1-19.9]

Serum Ferrittun 63 [10-210.0]

Haven't had any feedback from GP. Have been on 75mg of Levothyroxine daily every evening. 6 weeks ago my TSH was around 1.6 I think and I was told I could start ivf straight away. Not having the money at that point to start again, we put it off and now we've been rejected again as it's too high for ivf. Any reason why TSH fluctuates so much or can go back up please? Is it because my body is getting too used to the Levo or should I increase my level from 75mg to 100mg. I haven't increased for maybe 3-4 months, but I get no feedback from my Locum anymore and am just greatful she gives me a repeat prescription rather than threatening to cancel it.

Any ideas please? Have been taking microgynon in the morning 8am, vit D tablets, B12 spray, folate and Iron tablets. Levo around 11pm (2 hours apart from any food or tablets etc). Many thanks to all who can advise or read this. x

Thank you. I appreciate your feedback. Any idea why my TSH would go higher from 1.7 to 3.07 in 6 weeks? Am I doing something wrong or should I increase my dosage? I'm on 75mg and neither the clinic or my locum will advise. They just say I'm not within range.

Thank you so much. It gives me an idea of what to aim for.

My locum doesn't know how to advise and just says that 4 is normal and in range. My ivf clinic keeps cancelling due to my levels being so high but won't advise on how much levo I should be taking etc. Maybe I need to go back to the Locum and asked to be referred to someone at the hospital as it's been well over a year and I can't knock the numbers down or raise my T4 above 12. I've done everything I can think of.

Yes, I do have Hashimotos. I haven't had my antibodies checked in maybe 2 years as the GP and clinic say these are not important and won't check for them. It's so frustrating. I am completely gluten free - have been for nearly 1-2 years.
