It never hurts to take CQ10. Do look for the ubiquinol type instead of the regular CQ10. This is the brand I like which also has a smaller gel cap than most. Supposedly, the ubiquinol variety of CQ10 absorbs 2 - 3 times better than regular CQ10 so you can take less but get as much or more into your system with the ubiquinol.

Here is the 100 mg - 60 gel caps Swansons ubiquinol on Amazon-UK. I couldn't find the 50 mg on Amazon. Either is a good choice and at affordable prices compared to some others.
I read that it’s good for the heart so I figured why not.
In about a month of taking it I noticed that my skin had improved too - more plump and hydrated. I take Doctor’s Best Ubiquinol Kaneka capsules. Sadly it’s quite a pricey product.
