I get mine from Amazon:
amazon.co.uk/Jarrow-Formula...
It's Jarrow Formulas, UbiquinOL not UbiquinONE so its the better one, because it is more effective. 100 mg, 360 for £34.00 and free delivery. It is very good and works out about £11 a month since 360 is enough for three months plus.
360? The link I clicked on took me to a 120 capsule one. I'm taking 200mg a day at present....
200? is it the ubiquinol or ubiquinone? I am 69 and have had heart problems and 100 is enough for me, but I suppose we are all different. If you search, I'm sure you will find what you want, it is much cheaper than any other site I have been on. I foolishly bought from 'Nature's Best' and they really fleeced me, plus it was the less effective form, Ubiquinone.
Well I just ordered the 120 capsules for £34. It's coming from America tho!
bigvits.co.uk have lots of brands at decent prices. I get the Healthy Origins Ubiquinol.
I have had many supplements from Healthspan in Guernsey. Google them have a good web site. Prompt attention and delivery. I have no invested interest. Just very pleased with them.
Wilko co-Q10 is cheap, works, and does not contain hydrogenated oil, which some do.
