Itchy legs whist taking magnesium supplements

3 weeks ago I started taking 300mg of magnesium citrate, quercetin + c, D3 25ug & a probiotic. I have also been using the Better You B12 spray for a year & im on 2.5 grains of thyroid s a day.

For a couple of days now my legs have been really itchy, unbearably so at 3am this morning.

I think it could be the magnesium, should I stop or is this usual until my body gets used to it? Or is it one of the other supplements causing it?

I can’t seem to find an answer on the web.

Did you start all the supplements together? If so then stop them all, leave it a couple of weeks and see if the itching subsides. Then reintroduce them one at a time, leaving 2 weeks before adding the next supplement, that way if the itching reoccurs you will know what causes it.
