B12 query

I have Hashimotos and have had private bloods done. My B12 is bit too high but I don’t take supplements and it’s usually low with my hypothyroid disease. Any suggestions please?

We already know from Kwizzbit's previous thread

that she is diagnosed and treated for hypothyroidism and that she has Hashi's.

Her nutrient levels were discussed there but she was concerned that her B12 was over range considering she wasn't supplementing. As the PA forum know more about B12 that the Thyroid forum, it was suggested that if she was worried then she should ask on there. As it happens, the replies there reiterate my reply on her other thread

I believe the Active B12 range is 25-165 so you are only 2 points over range. If you are worried about that you should discuss it with your GP.
