It looks like I don't have antibodies attacking my thyroid, would anyone like to comment regarding the above results please.

What is your FT4 result?
What dose of meds are you on?
TPO antibodies may be under the limit but a bit on the high side. I'm not Hashi's and have had quite a few antibody tests over the years, always come back low, never more than 12 for either TPO or TG. With yours being 20, I would retest at some point as one negative doesn't rule out Hashi's.
Vit D is way too low, needs to be 100-150nmol according to the Vit D Council.
B12 is too low if serum B12, it should be at least 500, preferably top of range so around the 900 mark.
Folate should be at least half way through range.
Ferritin is OK, half way through range is recommended.

Even though your TSH is below range at 0.22, your FT4 and FT3 are very low in range, and your total T4 is low. Those results would normally mean that you are undermedicated and need more Levo.
I see that you take fluoxetine. Do you take it as far away from your Levo as possible? It could be affecting the absorption of your Levo. There is an interesting old thread about that here healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
Also, your vitamins and minerals are not optimal so thyroid hormone can't work properly until they are.

See your GP for testing for further testing on low B12. Pernicious anemia needs to be ruled out before starting B12 injections or sublingual B12 lozenge supplements if GP won't agree to injections
Vitamin D is too low. Are you already on vitamin D supplements, if so the dose needs increasing.
Aiming to improve to around 100nmol. Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is good as avoids poor gut function. Suggest you try 3000iu for 2-3 months and retest. Your under medicated for your Levothyroxine. FT4 and Total T4 should be much nearer top,of range and FT3 at least above 5.
Ask GP for 25mcg dose increase in Levothyroxine, as a trial if necessary, if they are reluctant
Being under medicated and still hypothyroid is possible cause of depression. Low FT3 contributes towards depression. Low vitamin D can also cause low mood

You’re unlikely to have Pernicious Anaemia, so if they won’t test you will need to just self supplement vitamin B12
Similarly the low vitamin D they should prescribe, but very unlikely to subscribe more than 800iu - even though guidelines say 1600iu minimum.
