I've finally got my results from the ENT and if I have read them right they seems OK and feel OK too. Just wondering what the range is for TPO as mine maybe high. I've discovered a gluten intolerance and I has strep throat at the time of the blood being taken.
How can I reduce my TPO? Do I need to if I feel ok?
TSH - 3.26 mlU/L
Free T4 - 14.7 pmol/L
Free T3 - 4.2 pmol/L
TBII - still waiting (I have no idea what this one is, does anyone else know?)
TPO - 136.2 kU/L
Vitamin D - 92.1 nmol/L
TTG negative <1.0 IU/ml
Thanks for all your help x

We don't know what your lab's range is for TPO, but typically we see on here more than any other range <34
You can help reduce antibodies by adopting a strict gluten free diet and supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily. Keeping TSH suppressed can also help reduce antibodies.
Without your lab's ranges we can't interpret your FT4 and FT3 accurately (ranges vary from lab to lab) but we can see that your TSH is high and indicates undermedication. The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo if that is where you feel well. However, if you feel "OK" then it may be a case of if it's not broke then don't fix it. If you feel you could improve then ask for a dose increase.
