Hello everyone. I'm 41 male in the United States. I had aplastic anemia and a follow-up bone marrow transplant in 1998. The complications are GVH of the gut, low thyroid, and skin vitiligo. 200 mcg levo. Blood tests in April are the following

Vit D 25, D3 19mg/dl

Vit D D2 6mg

D 25mg

Folate 7.8 ng/ml

Ferritin 322

Iron 119 mcg

Total iron 282

Irin sat 42%

B12 421

Tsh 1.72

I am not gluten sensitive. I am 6'4" and 170 pounds dripping wet. I take high dose of zenpep enzymes with every meal to provide absorbtion. It's hard to wade through info and support on here as most hypo's are female and struggle with weight issues. I have no eyebrows. My skin is so dry, molts and comes off in chunks in the fall when Santa Ana winds return to my area. I'm cold all the time, and big people blame me being thin. Not true, when I was younger I had sweaty palms and never cold. I almost never sweat unless I exert myself.

So, I have tried taking levo half dose twice a day and the results didn't skew and symptoms are the same. Do you think pure T3 is something to look into, and what non prescription products contain some? Thank you

Without the ranges for the tests ( as lab ranges differ) and without FT4 and FT3 results it is difficult for anyone to comment. I would try again with the extra information.
