Recent Results assistance please

Have had a generic docs TSH test free T4 and Free T3 can someone comment on the results please my last test my TSH was 6.8 back in November.

Results now TSH 0.64 (0.3-5)

Free T4 16.0 (7.9-16.0)

free T3 4.4 (3.8-6.0)

I still feel awful my ferritin is 18 (15-300)

B12 is 282 (120-900)

Your FT4 is at the top of the range and your FT3 is lower but the clue is in your other results. The Vits etc are very low. Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin help our thyroid to work better, improved conversation and can also get rid of some symptoms. Search for SeasideSusie's posts on what levels should be and how to increase them. I can take time if they are very low so stick with them to get optimal.
