Just to info you all that my sister was able to purchase cynomel for me in France last week, only 4 euros a packet, no prescription needed.

Sorry, but Cynomel is prescription only in France. Your sister may have been able to get some because a pharmacist took pity on a tourist. But it says on the box 'prescription only' so you wouldn't be able to get it everywhere without a prescription.
