I cannot find the Canadian article I read recently about the drug cartels now "owning" the prescription medicine production in Mexico, but this one from the US is similar. I'm not sure that any product from that country would be guaranteed to be safe now (or even the product you think is in the bottle).

I suspect the US drug cartels (i.e. Big Pharma) are extremely miffed by others poaching some of their profits. My daughter has been using Mexican Cynomel by Grossman for over 20 years and has had no problems with it including its T3 content. Jane x
We've used the same Cynomel for years with no problem. I found it when it was recommended by Ray Peat as being a good one.

I'm using Armour. To explain, when the Armour formula changed a few years back, I used another NDT. Then that formula changed. I again tried Armour and the formula they use now works for me. Hope this formula continues to work and doesn't get changed...
It's not the last 20 years that are in question, this is apparently a new issue there, so that is why I posted the article.

Things have changed a lot in Mexico on that front lately, and while thyroid meds may not yet be affected, there is a chance that they are or may soon be.
Well, my daughter's system is as good as any test so she'll soon know if there are any differences, so we'll have to wait and see, but I still think it's Big Pharma trying to panic people. They have long tentacles and are as corrupt as any Latin American drug cartel.
