t4 free 1.14 range 0.82-1.77 ........ TSH 0.921 range 0.450-4.500 ............ T3 free 2.9 range 2.0-4.4........... vitamin b12 538 range 232-1245 ....... glucose 107high range 65-99 .......... ast normal..... but alt 54 high range 0-32.......mcv 98high rage 79-97......the rest of my blood work looks fine. They were suppose to check Vitamin D and I don't see it on here so I have sent them a message.....I was having foot pain which was plantar fasciitis never totally went away a couple years ago.............. and I have it back to the point of discomfort from walking on treadmill.....making hard for me to exercise........ seems overtime I get into a good exercise routine I injury myself like pinch nerve in neck and so on........... is it something else having to do with my thyroid or vitamin d deficiency? The t-bands on the side of my legs are sore to touch as well. My hips when I lay on at night are a little sore..... Also one of my elbows is sore on and off.....sorry for all my complaints......... I am on 100 Synthroid.......My weight is up I am 5'6 172......before all this hasimotos I thought 140 was bad LOL.......Anyway anyone have an input? Or is it just my weight thats causing me problems? Your FT3 is likely too low. This can cause plantar fasciitis. Ask GP for dose increase

You definitely need vitamin D tested

Thanks slow dragon increase synthroid right? And I put a message into her and asked about ft3....when they called they said all thyroid test are normal....also I want the vitamin D she said she was going to test for it but I don't see it on there. Thanks for replying. Have a nice day! Susita
