My last recents from Feb are below still waiting on some to come back including full iron panel and folate plus updated b12.
However my Endo has mentioned due to the fact I am still feeling completely lethargic that she feels upping my T3 might help. I am currently on 62.5mg of T4 lactose free (two pills and one pill split in half) and also in afternoons a quarter of a 5mg t3 pill which I know is a low dose however I struggle to tolerate doses of T3 must be very sensitive to drugs. My Endo suggested upping T3 to half a pill split in quarters once after lunch and once before dinner in later PM. Looking at these results below do you think I'd tolerate this increase ok?
T4 16 ranges (9-21)
T3 1.5 ranges (0.9-2.4)
TSH 1.3 ranges (0.2-4.5)
b12 262 ranges (180-2000)
I usually feel better on a lower TSH so I am thinking an increase is needed as I am slightly undermedicting?
Can anybody help with any suggestions? I don't want to be ill on the T3 again as it was awful before. Thanks!

I am Hypothyroid with Hashimotos yes and I am gluten free. I haven't been supplementing B12 as I was told not too until I got the results back as it would skew the results so I am currently waiting on the results of this recent iron panel that included ferritin, folate and another b12.
My vitamin d was low but I think on the last test it was slightly higher, I will need to get this retested myself.
I thought so about being undermedicated, is it worth waiting until I have the doctors letter before trailing the increase in T3?
