You are undermedicated to have TSH 3.74. FT4 is often low in range, even below range, when taking NDT and this isn't a problem if FT3 is good. Your FT3 is low in range also indicating undermedication. Most people taking NDT will be optimally dosed when FT3 is 5.5 - 6.8 and TSH will then usually be below range or even suppressed <0.1.
You could increase dose by 1/2 grain at two week intervals until you are taking 3 grains. Hold at 3 grains for 6-8 weeks and retest TSH, FT4 and FT3.
I struggled raising over 2 grains initially and did a private cortisol test which showed it was on the high side. I took Holy Basil and was eventually able to increase my NDT. I'm now up to 4 grains and I'm back to my pre hypo self 🙂 You do need to make sure things like ferritin, folate, b12 and vit D are also optimal.
