Thyroid Test numbers

Hello Everyone,

I need a little input about my test results I just recieved. Currently I'm on 100 mcg Synthyroid (Monday - Saturday) and 150 mcg Synthroid on (Sunday Only ) and 15 mcg Cytomel (Everyday).

My Endo has reduced my Synthyroid (only) to 100 mcg Everyday and I retest and see her in 6 weeks.

Little background: Thyroidectomy (Cancer) so my TSH must be kept low, so I'm told. I do feel better than I have in over a year but I'm weirded out by the reduction in Synthyroid. Do my numbers look good or could my T3 be higher? This is first time in over a year that I haven't gained weight although I haven't lost any either and I was just told I have Ostepenia after Dexa Scan.

I live in the U.S.

FT4: 1.32 (0.93 - 1.7) Range

TSH: 0.052 (0.27 - 4.20) Range

FT3: 108 (80-200) Range

While I don't have any direct experience of thyroid cancer It my understanding that tsh is usually kept suppressed for perhaps 10 years, others will correct me if I am wrong. Suppressed is usually taken to mean less than 0.1 I am not familiar with your ft3 ranges so will not comment.

TSH is suppressed, perhaps a little too much for your endo. I'm guessing your endo reduced dose to raise TSH. My endo aims for <0.1 post thyCa although mine is always lower <0.01.

FT4 is just over halfway through range. That's a total T3 (TT3) not free T3 result. I think 108 is low in the range.
