You will need to add the reference ranges for your results for anyone to be able to interpret them and comment, ranges vary from lab to lab.

Are you diagnosed hypothyroid?

Do you take thyroid replacement hormone, if so how much?

I’m currently undiagnosed ( I had hypo symptoms and was diagnosed with it 10 years ago but haven’t taken Armour Thyroid in over 6 years or any thyroid meds)

Your results will be classed as normal for someone who doesn't have a diagnosis of hypothyroidism.

For someone who is diagnosed and on thyroid replacement hormone, the TSH would be said to be too high.

How come you had a diagnosis of hypothyroidism and haven't taken any thyroid meds for such a long time?

I thought my symptoms resolved ; they were depression and weight gain and eyebrow hair loss and just this year they all came back.. so do you think a thyroid doctor wouldn’t give me a script for natural thyroid again?

It depends which country you are in and what their TSH threshold is for diagnosis. I'm guessing the US as you mention Armour. I have no idea how your situation would be dealt with and I haven't any experience of it here.

In the UK primary hypothyroidism is diagnosed when TSH is over 10. If TSH is over range but less than 10 it is classed as subclinical hypothyroidism and some doctors might prescribe Levothyroxine, some won't. There is more chance of being prescribed if there are positive antibodies as well as subclinical hypothyroidism.

Have you had thyroid antibodies checked?

Thyroid antibodies:

Hashimoto's disease:

Autoimmune thyroid disease is the most common form of hypothyroidism.
