You are only just euthyroid (normal) on 10mg Carbimazole to have TSH 0.3, T4 12.1 and T3 6.5. However, T3 6.5 is top of the range so it's likely your T4 and T3 would rise making you hyperthyroid if Carbimazole dose was reduced.
