Please help with adrenal saliva stress test results

I'd welcome any advice on what to do following these results thanks.

Cortisol levels

Sample 1 on awakening

7.81 ( 2.68 -- 9.30 )

Sample 2

2.18 ( 0.75 -- 2.93 )

Sample 3

3.12* ( high ) (0.36 -- 1.88 )

Sample 4

0.47 (<= 0.94)

DHEA sample 1

0.23 ( 0.25 --- 2.22)

DHEA : CORTISOL Ratio

0.03 * ( low) (0.05 ---0.32)

Do I need any adrenal support and if so can you recommend one ?

I am currently on 125mcg levothyroxine but never felt well on it so hoping to switch to NDT myself. I was diagnosed a year ago. Thanks
