Hi is there anyone here who went from Armour to Thiroyd

Hi i have been taking 2 tabs Armour 90mg 1 and half grains my health board in Scotland has stopped funding it I have bought Thiroyd on the pack it just says 60 mg could anyone let me know how to convert it . Regards

Three tablets of Thiroyd will be roughly equivalent (the Thiroyd contains approximately 8% less active ingredients).

Oh okay, so a total of 3 grain. In which case I'd agree with SmallBlueThing and swap to 3 Thiroyd as you're simply moving between NDTs.

I would take slightly less than a straight swap and titrate like you did when you started and get tested when you think you have been on the 'correct' dose for a while.
