Hi, please see link to my first post.

So I was diagnosed iron deficient in 2013 and it wasn't until 2016 that after 3 years of supplementing iron I was referred to haematology for an iron infusion. My MCV goes below range and my MCHC goes above range around the time of my period and I try to time iron/ferritin/complete blood counts around that time since I suspect my heavy and clotty periods are causing this. I am meant to be taking iron but I have been without it for a month because my new GP hasn't yet seen me and doesn't know what I am taking. Result below was before I ran out of ferrous fumarate (taking 1 every day though I used to be on 3 a day and back then my ferritin wasn't even above 15). Below result taken June 2017, due a retest this month.
I was diagnosed folate deficient in 2016 and after my GP said my folate was only just below range and didn't require supplements I went back to the GP and insisted on folic acid supplements as it was below range and I couldn't understand why she couldn't see that. I do take one a day but I am due to start B12 injections and I have read that I am meant to be off folic acid until the B12 injection has been done?
I was diagnosed vitamin D deficient in 2013 with a vitamin D level of 31.4 (25 - 50 deficient) and prescribed 800iu. I was told by a friend that 800iu wouldn't raise my level very much so I bought Better You 3000iu oral spray but this only raised it to 59.3 6 months later. I then doubled it and it wasn't until a year later that it was retested and found to be 53.3. Below result taken June 2017, due a retest this month.
My haematologist said my B12 could be better and since I had low B12 symptoms at the time (intrinsic factor antibody negative) I may benefit from B12 injections. Below result taken 10 months ago.
Many thanks for any help.
