Latest labs - thoughts?

Hi all. Latest labs as below:

Tsh 0.005 range - 0.27 - 4.20

T4 total 65.3 range - 64.5 - 142.0

Free T4 15.50 range - 12.0 - 22.0

Free T3 6.11 range - 3.1 - 6.8

Anti- thyroidperoxidase 226 range <34

Anti-thyroglobulin 713 range <115

I’m on NDT currently spread out twice a day 2 grains AM 1 grain PM. Not been feeling too bad. Not many symptoms.

Not too happy with my antibodies as I’ve been stressed so looks like they’ve gone up a bit again.

TSH is very suppressed, FT4 is good and FT3 is very good in the upper range.

Thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. NDT treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.

Thank you! I’ve been gluten free two years. Think the stress over the last few months has got to me and is showing in my numbers.
