Sorry to copy and paste but the same reply applies
"Just out of range - acceptable" and below range with the remark "not clinically significant" is negligence on your doctor's part.
Please see my reply to this post which is exactly the same as yours.

You need to ask your GP why there are ranges if they're going to be ignored, that you require treatment or - and probably the best option - see a different GP, sort treatment, then make a formal complaint against this one.
Sorry to rush but happy to answer any questions later on if you have any.
These are very low BECAUSE you are very hypothyroid.
Your previous post shows your are clearly hypothyroid with very high antibodies. This is Hashimoto's disease also called autoimmune thyroid disease
Make an urgent appointment with a different GP in the practice. You will need starting on replacement thyroid hormone - called Levothyroxine
Also these vitamin deficiencies will need treatment
B12 and folate are both too low, GP should undertake testing for Pernicious Anaemia, before probably giving B12 injections
Vitamin D is low, but not deficient. GP will probably only be allowed to prescribe 800iu vitamin D. This is unlikely to be enough. With Hashimoto's we are often deficient and have poor gut function, using a vitamin D mouth spray can give better results as it avoids the gut. Perhaps start with 1000iu spray or 3000iu spray by Better You.
