While I am not jumping around like a spring lamb I certainly feel better than I did. These results look about as good as I think my GP will be content to live with. I am planning to wait untill the new year and then get my bloods including t3 checked privately.
Does this sound like a good idea?
I would like to thank the forum for guiding me through this very complicated subject, I think I would still be very unwell without your guidance.

Hi slowdragon, nhs only tested se thyroid ab and they were below range a couple of months ago. Vit D has risen from a low of 41 following 7 weeks of 20000 units and I now suppliment 2500 per day (list of suppliments in my profile). I will get both antibodies along with vits and minerals tested at the same time. I believe I have been hypo for the last 30 years, so am expecting it to take a while for my body to get used to it new situation. Thanks. gb.
