No, quite the opposite, you have Hashi's - Autoimmune Thyroiditis. And you are hypo - Grave's sufferers are hyper.
What has your doctor said about these results?
Could there be a conversion problem as well with the FT4 being over range and FT3 at the bottom?
Nothgn there suggests Graves: there is no TSI antibody result (those are the Graves antibodies). Your results suggest Hashimotos disease (autoimmune thyroiditis) ie underactive not overactive. Your Free T3 is rock bottom even though your free t4 is slightly over range, and your TSH is way over range. It looks as though you are not converting T4 (levo) to T3, the active hormone, so you need the addition of T3 to your prescription or a dose increase (unlikely to work seeing as your free T4 is already slightly over range) or NDT instead of levo, and you need to make sure that your vitamins and minerals esp ferritin, folate, B12 and D3 are optimal to assist with conversion.
