Had my biopsy this morning . My first ultrasound 6 weeks ago at different hospital was told nodules was 4 mm and 7 mm . But today the 7mm measuring 1cm . Doctor said nodules do not look suspicious . Most are benign . Now I'm worried why it's gone from 7mm to 1cm within weeks .

Don't worry about it if you can help it. The vast majority of nodules are benign. If you have active thyroid antibodies I wonder if the activity may make your thyroid swell and perhaps this could affect nodules??
1cm is very small for a thyroid nodule of any kind. Most thyroid cancer is very slow growing (sometimes grows over decades) so you can consider that it's unlikely to be cancer if it's changing that fast, more likely a benign but active nodule. When do you get results and a diagnosis? It would be good to have peace of mind.
