I have recently been tested positive for TPO antibodies and about to start self medicating with NDT, I have cut out gluten, soy and almost all dairy, I’m sure but I think I’ve read that I need to improve my gut health as well.
The dietary changes you are making should improve gut health. Unfermented soy isn't good for anyone and gluten-free is a good idea for Hashimoto's patients but it isn't necessary to give up dairy unless you are intolerant to dairy.
