Hi, I have heard that taking probiotics can help hypothyroidism. Can anyone help as to which probiotic is best? So much advertising out there and I can't decide. :/

From personal experience I can recommend Symprove, a water-based probiotic. It is expensive --- about£18 for 500ml bottle.,which lasts about 8 days. After about 4 months I'm now on half-dose, as I have improved beyond belief. I didn't find tablets or capsules any use at all.
You can also just start making kefir at home. It's cheap and easy to make and you get a much higher concentration of the beneficial probiotic microorganism. I have made it for the last couple of years. I have even sold out of the kefir maybe 10 times, since its growing
Hello rsae56, a friend recommended Kefir to me and I have read how good it is, but the friend told me that when you start taking it , it gives you a lot of wind and bloating and discomfort . Did you find this?
C70rol No i have never experienced that, on the contrary, my stomach has been calmer and more comfortable since starting kefir. I only experience bloating and winds when I eat sugar.
