Advice please

I have Hashimotos, just wondering if vitamin levels could be higher? Supplementing 1000iu vitamin D (800iu still prescribed by GP) ferrous fumarate, 5mg folic acid

Folate 2.2 (2.5 - 19.5)

Vitamin B12 226 (190 - 900)

Vitamin D 55.1 (50 - 75 suboptimal)

They are all pretty low but if you search for SeasideSusie's post she has excellent advice on supplementing. Doctors haven't a clue in many cases and don't realise levels have to be optimal to get the Thyroid working properly.
