Hi and welcome to the forum. As this is your first post, why don't you tell us a bit more about yourself, including your recent test results, and we will be able to give you proper advice. Often the problem isn't the fact of taking t4, rather it is that people are often either under-medicated or have significant nutrient deficiencies, no matter how good the diet.
