Hi I have been told I have hyperthyroidism due to below bloods?

TPO ANTIBODY 583 (<34)

TG ANTIBODY >1000 (<115)

TSH 0.08 (0.27 - 4.20)

FREE T4 22.9 (12.00 - 22.00)

FREE T3 4.6 (3.10 - 6.80)

Taking 100mcg levo and 10mcg T3, diagnosed 2012 with hypothyroidism.

Thanks in advance.

No, you don't have hyperthyroidism, you just have a low TSH, and Hashi's. But a low TSH on its own does not mean hyperthyroidism, and your FT4 is just slightly over-range, and FT3 is below mid-range - it's over-range FT3 that causes hyperthyroidism. Your FT3 is actually too low, because you have a conversion problem. Which is typical of Hashi's.

Are you on a gluten-free diet? Are you taking selenium?
