When I posted my TSH it was 21.9 . 3 week ago I asked for another test before my next 3 month tabs. Got an app @ 5.30pm all they checked was my TSH 1.8 . Nothing more. So asked for full blood count and another app. Went at 10.30 my TSH 1.5. All I got . Changed docs and asked for full blood count and explained about this site. As I was a new patient she asked if I could be recorded. So said my piece and said thyroid uk lol. I wasn’t listening to doctors as they do not know about thyroid. So to cut a long story short I hope this goes viral. But I only ended up getting ...
FERRITIN -65

She gave you Adcal for low B12??? Adcal is a calcium supplement, with a little bit of vit D. Did you have your calcium tested? If not, you should not be taking supplementary calcium. Your vit D is low, but Adcal is not going to do anything for it.
Your TSH would have been higher at 8 am, after fasting over-night. But I doubt it would have made enough difference to interest this doctor. You could have a private test that includes the Frees.
TSH is highest early a.m. and it drops throughout the day. I would have refused a blood draw and made an appointment as early as possible and also you have to allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose of levo and test otherwise your results will not be accurate.
As greygoose has stated your low B12 needs to be investigated as both Vit D and Vit B12 are prohormones and have very important functions. It is now recommended that B12 be towards the upper part of the level around 1,000. Serious consequences can arise if deficient.

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice.
But as vitamins have been tested you just need TSH, FT4 and FT3 and both TPO and TG antibodies
DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting
Suggest you follow SeasideSusie advice on vitamins. You don't need Adcal
